Mental health program developed by the Wellhub team, Wellz is a corporate benefit. In the app you can do online therapy, read interactive content, schedule sessions and much more. You can also do periodic evaluations and even receive notices about your sessions.

Wellz uses the CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) methodology. CBT seeks to identify patterns of thoughts, beliefs and habits that influence our behaviors and emotions.

Therapist and participant do the work together, recognizing and modifying patterns. The sessions are held in video call format, ensuring convenience for users. Mental health on your own time, wherever you want.
